Now All Players Can Turn Off There Pm Empty Now All Players Can Turn Off There Pm

If someone just wont leave you alone and is bugging you over and over or cussing at you and a admin is not on now i made it possible where you can turn off your pm so no one sept a admin can message you so no other player can message you if it is turned off threw pm !!! the command is /togpm or /togglepm
