First of all, There is no important for this topic.. what we will get from voting.. high admins will deal with him even if he was bad or good guy.. i mean actually this is not our bissinues.. we should give him another chance too if you think he is bad just report him, stop making this kinda of topics... no reason from it, just report him if you think he is bad then high Admins will deal with him.
