Server Bugged?

I think the Server may be bugged since me and Bryce cannot log onto our Characters, We Are on Different Computers i have Uninstalled MTA and Redownloaded it i have Also uninstalled my mod loader.

Any Ideas/ similar Situations?

I only bug out at certain spots but i stay at bugged spots so i cant get on in general

To Be Honest with you both, I've told you all not to go to mullholland where Mad dogs mansion is, thats where it keeps buggin, just get an admin to bind a tp and tell them to tp you, solves the bug

when your having problems like this turn your video settings to low like FX Quilty and ECT then you will be fine it means your pc can't handle your video rendering settings

I made it Low and Windowed and it Still is bugged. Every other server works

You have to set every setting in your gta sa to low even in single player it means your pc is crap and you can't handle the mods which most likly means you can't handle gta 4 game also so set your settings to low

It bugged out again. I have no mods or anything everything is low...
