Unfair Jail - Chris E.

Admin 'Frank Angel' jailed me for the reason 'Non RP jumping into a car', Well I'd like to say it was an unfair jail because 1. There's no rule that states 'You cannot jump into a car without a /me or a /do' 2. While I got onto the car the car was not moving at all, it wasn't until I was inside the car that it started to move. Also I'd have two witnesses that it wasn't moving John Edwards 'the driver of the car' and John Betterson 'The guy in the passenger seat of the car' knew that they stopped the car and I proceeded to go into it.

The line that has the 'even Jason said it' is when I was explaining how Jason had said once, when I was still in the LSPD as Chief when he shot me without RP, 'I couldn't have RPed the shooting because then you would've shot me and I would've probably died'.

i never knew you had to roleplay jumping into a car and how would that even work lets say the car is going 120 mph and is at city hall passing the pd like in this pic or lets say its only going 50 by the time you type it they are going to be at idlewood gas station or a bit less depending on the speed and what you would need to roleplay is how hurt you are not jumping into it now if a car was going granny slow then i would understand

The car actually didn't start moving until I was half way into it and it only was able to speed up to about 5 - 15 km/h before i got fully into it, from what I saw.
