Why do you want to become an Administrator?: I want to become an administrator because I'd like to help the people of Grimz, I've seen that the admins on Grimz mostly lack determination to get the job done and to actually help out the community.

What do you think an administrator does here?: I think that an administrator helps out the players as much as he can and tries to do this while also following the rules himself. He also listens to what the players have to say and takes reports as often as he can. He also tries to be as active as he can possibly be.

What would you bring to the Grimz Administration team as in skills and ect?: I would bring determination, and also roleplay skills. As I have been admin on other servers I also have experience with the administrative commands.

How would you correct the problems in our server (if any) if made administrator?: I would be as active as I could possibly be while also helping everyone out that I can and trying not to ignore a single report.

What are your goals as a Member and if made a Grimz Administrator?: My goals as a member are to be active, and creative, to follow the rules, and to try and make Grimz a fun and exciting place to roleplay in.

No Metagaming -

No using Out of character knowledge in an In Character matter. Ex. Jim says: Meet me at the bike shop for a free bike over Global OOC. Ex. Bob walks up to Joe and says "Hi there Joe" but bob hasn't been introduced to Joe and only knows Joe's name because of his name tag.

1st time = Warning
2nd time = 5 min Jail
3rd time = 10 min Jail
4th etc.. time = 10 min Jail, may lead to kick

No Powergaming -

This means that you cannot roleplay as something that isn't realistic such as RPing as superman. It can also be that you can't do something without giving the other person a reaction time or time to do something. Ex. Joe jumps off a cliff and loses half his health then a he continues to run. Ex. Bob writes: /me punches Joe in the face, Joe didn't have a say in the event so it's PG.

No Revenge Killing -

This means that once someone has killed you (PK) you must not find him and then kill him as revenge. Ex. Joe kills Bob, Bob runs back to Joe and kills Joe. Ex. Bob is killed by an officer, Bob finds the officer and kills him.

2nd time - 10 min Jail
3rd time - 15 - 20 min Jail, may lead to kick and/or ban.

No Death matching -

This means that you cannot "Deathmatch", Deathmatch being killing a player for no good rp reason. Ex. Joseph kills Robert because Robert said "hello". Ex. Jason kills Dwayne because he thought it'd be funny.

3rd time - 25 - 45 min Jail, May lead to kick and/or ban.

Also one thing if you abuse once your done being admin spawning weapons money and ect so by this do you agree to never spawn money, weapons , cars and items?!?: Yes.

Do not be mean to players try your best to get along with them and help them when it is needed even if they are being mean just accept some people are like that and its a way of life at times so try to be nice even to the ones that are mean to us if they break the rules jail them if they are new help them because being a admin is not just about having powers it is about helping others the best you and we can thats the Rule 1 of our Admin Team do you agree ?: Yes.

I think chris application to become a admin should be denied on the terms that he has been banned multiple times for permanent bans for good reasons but if he did get accepted i think he would make a rather decent admin
