Why do you want to become an Administrator?:
There are many reasons why I would like to peruse an administrator position in this server, but quite frankly; The main reason why I would like to become an admin is because, the server kind-of lost its footing, and I feel that if I become a Grimz admin I can help the server regain balance. I’m not going to write a long rant about the server flaws, but instead going to be positive and explain the right answers rather than the mistakes. I feel that not only will I help out players in-game, on the forums, but the server itself. I most certainly want to achieve the honor of becoming an admin to not only administer but also role-model. I feel that if a server has a good working administration it gives off a positive view and impression to those who are new. Also, I feel that now that I’m more mature and matured my role-play and understanding of the server, I can succeed in helping it prosper. Even though this position is volountary , I’m still going to treat it as a career, and try my best to help and work hard. I held pretty high ranks and was able to hold Administrating isn't hard nor easy, in my opinion, but it's hard to be a successful and a hard working one. I think I have those qualities to achieve the title of a hard working, and deserving administrator. For the most part, I want to become an administrator because I'm tired of seeing non-active and lazy administrators. When being an administrator all eyes are on you therefore, you must give a good impression. Nonetheless, I'm tired of seeing frustration from me and others when reports are put to the side and not dealt with. So, if I -do- get the chance of becoming an administrator I will hope to have the opportunity to change that. I've seen many friends and fellow role players leave due to our administration team, and although we have a strong one, I believe I can make it even stronger.


What do you think an administrator does here?:A Grimz administrator is set with many duties and responsibilities, one being an active member of the team. Another thing that’s a main and general duty and responsibility is the ability to answer reports to the best of your ability, and accurately. But, that’s just the common sense of the job, you must be able to possess intellectual flexibility and divergent thinking to be able to solve situations, rather than just punching in a command to get an item to a player. That’s only part of the job, just a part, and nothing more, nothing less. Not only is an admin supposed to be active in-game, but also active socially on the forums. Meaning, getting involved with things; such as debates, factions, ideas, and much more. But also keep your composure and also make sure to monitor others behavior (trolling can fall under this), keeping it clean and professional whilst. Something that’s not very asked, would be to act professional at all times, don’t let the little things get to you. Keep your service accurate and precise, and show a good image. An image of confidence and professionalism, not only for yourself, but for the impression of the server. Over my time here I’ve observed what administrators do, and here are some words to sum up what they do; consequence, maintenance, and provide assistance. Although that is just the very few things they do, but it’s one of the most important. They also take-on reports, rule barkers, hackers, trollers, non-RPers, and much more.



What would you bring to the Grimz Administration team as in skills and ect?:
If made a Grimz administrator, I’ll do my best to keep the server running smoothly and correctly. I’ll try my best to get everyone’s ideas heard and possibility put into play. Also, to achieve my all-time goal, this is bringing those who left this community back, and others to come. These are just my post-goals, I’m sure more will pop up if I get the opportunity to become an administrator. I have many goals if given that chance in becoming a ShoDown Administrator, one of many is to provide a high standard of role-play. As an administrator of a role-play server you should know the basics and of course know high standard role-play, which I posses as being a player. Another goal of mine is to get to as much reports as possible. If reports aren’t being taken care of, then the server won’t be running as smooth and as efficient. As well brining a new way of consequence...Instead of just watching someone do something wrong and just jail him for it…While being caught in the act of breaking a rule you should always consult the player of his wrong doing before jailing him, and make sure he understands..Rather than being an undercover admin recconing and just waiting for someone to make the wrong move. PS: I tried to be as brief as possible.


How would you correct the problems in our server (if any) if made administrator?: I'm just very active and like to help people. Like newbies, people who wonder something about RP. For example : I see somebody PGing, I TP to him and tell him that he PGed, and I'll explain what PG is if he dont know / understnad or wondering something about it.

What are your goals as a Member and if made a Grimz Administrator?: I want to help people with all kind of help they need. I will try to help as much as I can. Example: A new guy come's in, he is wondering something. Doesn't have to be important, the important that they should ask us, without ''being scared / think admins doesn't care''. Because we do, we are trying us best to help as much as possible. Poeple should ask when they got a question, only because you asked a question allready that doesn't mean you cant ask another question. Ask all the time when you need help.

Rephrase four ingame rules in your own words, and provide examples. Also, tell what admin action are you going to take against them (Pick them yourself): DM, for example: TP to him, tell him to stop. It can lead to warn/jail if he keep DMing. And if he dont know what DM is, I'll teach him. MG: Ehm..Kinda same thing as DM. NON-RP: I'll TP there, say he NON-RPed, if he dont understand, i'll teach him what NON-RP is and where the limit is. Because players should NOT get warned/jailed/banned or something when they dont know what they did wrong.

Do you understand, providing false information may lead to a ban?: Yes, ofcurse.

If accepted, do you promise to be active and accept that if your not active that you may not ever get admin again?: Absolute.

Will you listen to the higher ups and always do your admin work, fairly and accurately according to the rules of Grimz?: All the time.

Also one thing if you abuse once your done being admin spawning weapons money and ect so by this do you agree to never spawn money, weapons , cars and items?!?: Understood.

Do not be mean to players try your best to get along with them and help them when it is needed even if they are being mean just accept some people are like that and its a way of life at times so try to be nice even to the ones that are mean to us if they break the rules jail them if they are new help them because being a admin is not just about having powers it is about helping others the best you and we can thats the Rule 1 of our Admin Team do you agree ?: Ofcurse, that's how I think too.
-Any Players Who Avertize Do Not Warn Them Because Advertising Other Servers Lead Into A Permanent Ban And A Range Ban Meaning They Are Never Welcome Back.. So Understand If You Let Them Stay With A Warning Your Admin Will Be Took !!!!
